Established in 2003, Faith in Action is a 501 (c)3 nonprofit agency providing a wide range of professional and volunteer services to local individuals and families. Some of our wrap-around services include: rides to medical appointments/grocery store; friendly visitors; light housekeeping; professional case workers who are licensed social workers, nurses or educators; Adopt-a-Grandparent Program; educational events and workshops; Caregiver Coaching for family caregivers; multiple support groups; Furniture for Families as well as a host of other services and helps.
